When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1 week from the date of your order. You will automatically receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package ships!
What age are these sensory toys recommended for?
- Ages 3 and Up: Our products contain small loose pieces (such as dried chickpeas, pasta shapes, small resin flatbacks, marbles, and mini pompoms).
- Choking Hazard: This product is NOT suitable for children under 3 years old, or any child who still tends to mouth or put objects in their mouth.
- Supervision: Continuous adult supervision is strictly required at all times during play. Please note that our play items are for sensory exploration only and are strictly NOT for consumption.
Are your sensory fillers safe if accidentally tasted?
While our sensory bases are intended purely for play and are not meant for consumption, we use completely non-toxic, food-grade ingredients to dye them. However, please note that because we use real food bases, allergens may be present (for example, our sensory pasta contains wheat). Because of this and small parts, close adult supervision is always required during play.
How do I store and care for the sensory filler?
- Keep Dry: Keep completely away from water and liquids! Moisture will damage the custom hand-dyed finish.
- Storage: When playtime is over, store the filler in an airtight container or in the provided resealable bag in a cool, dry place.
What is your return policy?
No Returns: Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our sensory products, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us! Please contact us immediately if you have any issues with your order, and we will do our best to make it right.
