Welcome to Violet Art Sensory! Because our handmade sensory bin materials and custom-dyed products are made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at violetarthandmade@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

Exchanges
Because all products are final sale, we do not offer exchanges. 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, in accordance with local regulations.
