Welcome to Violet Art Sensory! Because our unique sensory bin materials, hand-dyed chickpeas, and specialized pasta shapes are meticulously handmade and made-to-order, please allow 3–5 business days for us to beautiful pack and prepare your order before it ships. 

During peak seasons, new collection launches, or high volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer. We truly appreciate your patience as we craft the perfect sensory experience for your little ones!

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship all domestic orders via standard carrier services, which typically take 3–5 business days for delivery once processed. 
* Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight.
* We are thrilled to offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders of $120.00 or more!

International Shipping
We happily ship our sensory products to select countries worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated live at checkout directly by USPS based on your specific country and package weight. 
* Available Services: First Class Package International and Priority Mail International.
* Please Note: International delivery transit times vary greatly by destination. Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local brokerage fees that may be applied by your country's customs office upon arrival.

Shipping Delays, Lost Packages, & Address Errors
* Delivery Estimates: All delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Violet Art Sensory is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier backups, severe weather, or customs processing.
* Route & Risk: Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to the buyer. If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your box, please contact your local post office directly.
* Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages or absorb costs for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the buyer will be responsible for the postage cost to reship it.
